I have used this storage unit in two different units for a combined 3-4 years, with a close friend also using them for 5 years. I have had nothing but positive encounters with Keli! I love that the entire property is gated and requires a unit-specific key code to enter AND to open your unit. Meaning, if someone from unit A uses their code to come in, they can only go and unlock their lock on unit A. If they were to open any other unit, the alarm goes off and the police show up. This has given me the reassurance I needed when leaving my valuable items for a year while traveling. Any issues or questions I had were very quickly resolved as well. I opted to pay more for earlier and later access, as well!
